Ms. Moore’s Practice
Ms. Moore concentrates her practice on family law and domestic issues. She also handles employment law matters, general litigation and minor criminal cases.
Ms. Moore has been litigating family law cases since she became licensed to practice in 2001. Over the years she has handled all aspects of family law cases, including:

Ms. Moore recognizes that family law matters are particularly stressful for the client, and she strives to keep her clients informed as to the status of the law, and the present status of their case. She also works with her clients to identify and achieve reasonable goals for their case, whether financial or child-related. Ms. Moore handles all of her cases in a very straightforward manner so as to achieve the client’s goals in the most efficient way possible. However, when amicable resolutions cannot be achieved, she will not hesitate to take the matter to trial.
In addition to her family law practice, Ms. Moore is also experienced in the area of employment law. She has counseled both employers and employees with respect to discrimination issues, sexual harassment matters, and employment separation/severance agreements. She has represented clients in state and federal courts, and has appeared before multiple state administrative agencies with respect to these employment-related issues.
Ms. Moore also handles general litigation cases, including collection cases, and represents clients in minor criminal and traffic matters.

Biography
Ms. Moore was born in Leavenworth, Kansas in 1974. Her family relocated to the St. Louis, Missouri area in 1985. Ms. Moore graduated from Lafayette Senior High School in 1992, and attended the University of Missouri from 1992 to 1996. In 1996, Ms. Moore obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in Education. After completing college, she taught at the high school level for a year, and then took the law school entry exam in 1997.
Ms. Moore attended Northern Illinois University College of Law from 1998 through 2001. There she met her husband, Tyler. They were married in 2006, and in 2009 proudly welcomed to the world twin sons Carter and Cameron.
Ms. Moore began her legal career in Rochelle, Illinois at the law firm of Tess & Redington. There she began practicing in the areas of family and criminal law, and also obtained experience in municipal law. In 2003, Ms. Moore transferred her legal practice to the law firm of Reno & Zahm, LLP in Rockford, Illinois. There, Ms. Moore continued to gain experience and grow her family law, employment law, and litigation practice.
In 2009, Ms. Moore and her husband transferred to the Milwaukee area, and she began her practice at Fox, O’Neill & Shannon, S.C. She is presently a member of the Illinois and Wisconsin State Bar Associations, the Milwaukee Bar Association, the Family Law Section of the Milwaukee Bar Association, the Waukesha County Bar Association, and the Society of Family Lawyers.
In her spare time, Ms. Moore enjoys boating, cooking, listening to music, and rooting for the St. Louis Cardinals baseball team.
