Mr. Ricci's Practice

Mr. Ricci's practice includes tax planning for individuals, corporations, limited liability companies, and partnerships, estate and gift tax planning, family business succession planning, life insurance planning, probate and trust administration, marital property law, corporate law and real estate law. Mr. Ricci functions as a trusted advisor to many closely held business and their owners. Mr. Ricci has structured and advised on mergers and acquisitions and advised on the associated tax issues. Mr. Ricci has assisted clients with income, gift and estate tax planning and audits and is a member of the Milwaukee Estate Planning Forum. Mr. Ricci has advised clients on all manner of business issues, including employment agreements, covenants not to compete, confidentiality agreements, incentive compensation plans for key employees, buy-sell agreements, contracts with vendors and general business matters. Mr. Ricci also advises clients in real estate matters, including leases, sales and purchases (both commercial and residential) and financing.

Mr. Ricci's practice has allowed him to work with established businesses, both large and small, startups and their owners. He has assisted numerous individuals of various ages and net worth with their estate planning needs, and has worked with multi-generations of the same families in these areas as well as business succession planning. Mr. Ricci is also a certified public accountant and prior to practicing law, Mr. Ricci worked in the tax department of the then "Big 8" accounting firm of Arthur Andersen & Co. Mr. Ricci has spoken to various groups concerning tax and estate planning matters.

Biography

A native Milwaukeean, Mr. Ricci is married to Trish and has three daughters, Lucy, Rosemary and Isabel. Mr. Ricci has been involved in coaching boys and girls baseball, basketball and girls youth soccer since college; and enjoys swimming and biking with his family as well as being a spectator at the various events in which his daughters participate.
