Complex cases typically involve thousands of documents. To efficiently retain, categorize, analyze and use these documents in the most cost effective way, the firm uses sophisticated document search and management software and computer technologies.

In addition to having two of its attorneys licensed to practice law in Illinois, firm attorneys have been admitted to practice on a pro hac vice basis, for particular cases, in multiple states. Our attorneys are prepared to litigate wherever clients' needs take us. Litigation can also be complex due to the sheer volume of documents involved, such as public construction and finance, interest arbitrations and product liability, or because a case involves the application of the laws of several states, as in multi-state insurance coverage litigation.
