Litigation: Pre-Litigation Strategy

When a client has been wronged by another, the most important evaluation may well be determining whether litigation is the most appropriate, efficient, and cost effective way to obtain the best available relief for the client. Fox, O’Neill & Shannon, S.C. does not believe in wasting a client’s time or money in litigating just for the sake of litigating.

For that reason, before resorting to the courts, the firm’s litigation attorneys discuss in detail with the client our analysis and evaluation of the client’s dispute, and the feasibility and advisability of resolving that dispute short of formal litigation. This same strategy is applied to disputes in which a claim has been made against a client.

When FOS attorneys do go to court, however, on behalf of a plaintiff or defendant client, they go to win. The firm’s goal is always to best serve its client’s interests.
